Touring Booking & Pitch Fees

Pitch Fees – Pitch fee (based on 2 occupants) is £30/night plus £2/night per additional occupant (12 years +). Our pitch fee includes hardstanding, EHU, on pitch water tap and access to facilities. There is no additional charge for dogs, awnings or children under 12 years old.
Availability – Please call 07976 729808 before completing our booking form to check availability for your preferred dates.
Deposits – For single night bookings, we request full payment at the time of booking. For bookings of 2+ nights, we request a deposit payment of £60. We prefer that deposits are paid by bank transfer, however if this is not possible, please just let us know. When making a payment by bank transfer please ensure that you enter your surname as the transfer reference, and send payments to the following account: Account name G Turnbull, Sort code 80-22-60 and Account no. 10956561.
Balance of Fees – The balance of pitch fees falls due on arrival. We currently accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy – where cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to the first booked night, deposits will be refunded in full. For cancellations made between 14 – 30 days prior to the first booked night, we may refund deposits where we can re-allocate the pitch. We are unable to refund deposits for cancellations within 14 days of the first booked night. Please ask us about carrying your deposit forward, as we will do our best to accommodate you on a future date when we have space to do so.
Peak Season/Bank Holidays – during busy periods and Bank Holidays we may request a minimum 3 night stay. Unfortunately we are unable to take advance single night bookings during April – September. However, please contact us about late availability as we may be able to offer short notice single night stays.
